    Stayed for breaky and had the waffles, very fair price for amount of effort that goes into it, coffee was on point and very well made. Very friendly staff and made you feel welcomed.

    Ability to bring the dog for a change and still receive a great spot on the river front with great service and food. Not the cheapest place but not the most expensive, somewhere in the middle. Great coffee, food is always delicious. Several visits over the years and never disappointing.

    After a good 10 minute wait after being seated, only one other table in restaurant, still no service & only apologized as we were walking out.
